How it works:
- Coverage begins on the date your order is placed.
- Valid for 30 calendar days after purchase.
- The lower price must be publicly displayed on the official DeerRun website.
- The product model, color and configuration must be identical to the item purchased.
- Contact DeerRun Customer Support with your order number and a screenshot of the lower price.
- Once verified, DeerRun will refund the eligible price difference.
- Each eligible item may receive one approved price adjustment.
- Canceled, returned or fully refunded orders are not eligible.
Exclusions:
- Discount codes or personalized offers
- Email-only or affiliate promotions
- Bundle discounts and free-gift promotions
- Clearance sales, flash sales or pricing errors
- Prices from Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop or other third-party marketplaces
- Shipping fees, taxes and additional services
