Earn DeerRun Credit While You Wait
Purchase an eligible preorder product and earn $0.50 in DeerRun digital gift card credit for each qualifying waiting day, up to $200 per eligible order.
How it works
- Applies only to eligible preorder products with Wait & Earn Credit purchased with the product.
- The waiting period is calculated from the order placement date to the product’s actual shipment date.
- The actual shipment date is determined by the carrier’s first valid acceptance or pickup scan.
- The number of qualifying waiting days is based on the calendar-day difference between the order date and shipment date.
- For example, if an order is placed on July 1 and ships on August 30, the 60-day waiting period earns a $30 DeerRun digital gift card.
- The maximum reward is $200 per eligible order.
- For orders shipped in multiple packages, the reward is calculated based on the shipment date of the eligible preorder product.
How to claim your credit
- Wait until the eligible product has been delivered.
- Once tracking shows the product as delivered, contact DeerRun Customer Support.
- Provide your order number and the email address used to place the order.
- DeerRun will verify the order date, carrier shipment date and delivery status.
- Once approved, the corresponding digital gift card will be sent to the order email address.
- Claims must be submitted within 30 calendar days after delivery.
Eligibility requirements
The order must:
- Be fully paid and successfully delivered.
- Contain an eligible preorder product.
- Include Wait & Earn Credit at the time of purchase.
- Have no active cancellation, refund, return, payment dispute or chargeback.
Not eligible
- Canceled or fully refunded orders
- Orders returned before the reward is issued
- Replacement orders or reshipments
- Delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Failed delivery attempts or customer-requested delivery holds
- Orders without Wait & Earn Credit added at the time of purchase
Rewards are issued only as DeerRun digital gift cards. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or refunded to the original payment method.
Service Fee: 1% of the eligible product’s selling price at the time of purchase.
