Return Process

Log into your DeerRunĀ® account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
- 2.Pack Your Gear
Securely place the unused items back into their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and tags are included.
- 3.Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
